Reputation of KRB Pest Control

We had a sudden infestation of cave crickets. I called on the afternoon and even though they were booked solid, I had a tech take care of the issue early the next morning. Couldn’t be happier.

Simply put, KRB is the best. When we bought our house last November, there was a cricket issue that we needed to treat. KRB came within a week of us calling, did an assessment, and treated right away. We subscribed to a yearly plan so that we could stay ahead of any pest issues and it is the best decision we made. We can call any time we think we've seen something, and the'll show up within 2 days to investigate at no charge. They also come quarterly to do a full check-in and to treat any area necessary, and to schedule this they proactively reach out (vs. my husband and I needing to call/email.) They are experts in their area, respond quickly, are very friendly, and are reliable all around. Highly recommend!

Very reliable on time service.

KRB has provided pest control to our South Orange home for almost 20 years. When we bought the house we had to repair some carpenter ant damage and we didn't want to take any chance of it happening again so we hired KRB to monitor and control pests. My children were young 20 years ago and we have a dog - KRB has always been sensitive to that and kept treatments to a minimum when possible. When problems have arisen (termites showed up in a monitor a few years ago, most recently a mouse in the basement) KRB responded promptly to deal with the problem. They have always been professional, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

He is very efficient, delivers his report in a timely manner and his prices are competitive. I have never had a reason to call anyone else! I highly recommend KRB!
