Instead of waiting for pests to become a problem, we provide four professional services each year, scheduled every three months, to help prevent pest activity before it becomes a bigger issue. Enjoy unlimited callbacks if you need service inbetween.
What’s Included
Exterior Protection
At every quarterly visit, we treat the exterior perimeter of your home to create a protective barrier designed to help keep unwanted insects from getting inside.
Interior Protection
If you have an active concern or simply want preventative coverage, we can treat the interior perimeter of the rooms you request.
Exterior Rodent Protection
We install and maintain professional exterior rodent bait stations. These stations are inspected and serviced during each quarterly visit to help identify and control rodent activity before it becomes an indoor problem.
Termite Monitoring
A professional termite monitoring system is included and inspected during every scheduled service to help detect termite activity early.

Pests do not always follow a schedule — and neither do we.
If you notice mice, ants, wasps, spiders, or other common household pests between scheduled services, simply give us a call. As a member of our Annual Protection Plan, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Contact us for a complete list of covered pests.
